AREA GOLF COURSES

Golf is a very popular pastime in Haywood County; indeed in all of the mountains of Western North Carolina.  We list some championship courses along with some "fun courses" below.  Scheduling a tee time is not always necessary at all the course, but you should call first just to be safe. after you se up that tee time, remember to give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination. Remember, you will be driving along curvy, mountain roads, which means a much slower pace.  Many of our access roads are only two-lanes wide, so it is conceivable to take a longer time if you happen to have a true sight seing group in front of you.
